After using this product for 2 weeks, I can definitely see a change in my skin. I breakout less often, and my skin is much smoother. I used this product once before, and didn't stick with it because it didn't clear up my acne immediately. - Faith

The product is relatively cheap, but many felt it was still to expensive for it's effectiveness. Though some liked the cooling feeling others felt it had a bad smell and could not feel any cooling. Many people felt the product was somewhat effective, but did not live up to its promises. There acne got slightly better, but they still had new breakouts on occasion. Some reviewers claimed that it made their acne worse, but there were very few of those.
Though the product only received three and half stars most of the negative reviews were from people who had only used the product for a few weeks. Since new skin care regimes often take several months to fully work this seems slightly unfair. Several claimed to have used the cleanser for several months with no results, but this was not the general consensus. There were many reviewers who said the cleanser completely cleared up their blemishes. Those who used the product for an extended period of time seemed the most satisfied. Overall the product appears to be a good value especially if one is looking for an affordable face cleanser.
