Clean & Clear Continuous Control Acne Cleanser
Product contains 10% Benzoyl Peroxide for acne fighting with daily use. It is a facial cleanser meant to fight acne break outs and with daily use stop acne from coming back.
I used this product for about 3 days and I was NOT satisfied with the results. This completely dried and peeled all the skin that I applied it to. Within minutes of applying it, my skin began to burn and turn red. My skin is normally hydrated and I haven't had any problems with dryness on my face in the past. - Verdah, NJ
I have minor flareups of dermatitis. I have used a prescription benzoyl peroxide in the past. I tried Clean & Clear Continuous Control Acne Cleanser and it has helped to clear up the flareup without having to fill a prescription. - zarafa101, Linden, NJ
Very good acne cleanser. It does work. Got rid of my redness and my pimples in about 3-5 days. It does dry out skin so use a lotion and for sure Ill be buying this product again. - Anonymous
It appears people posting a review had very strong opinions of good or bad about the use of the product. Most of the reviewers gave either 5 stars or 1 star which is interesting that there were very few 2 or 3 or 4 ratings. It seems that many of the people who rated 1 star explained that they used the product less than one week and many that gave 5 stars used it more than one week.
From reading the reviews I think it is sad that most of the people who rated low were allowed to rate it, their opinion is less valid if they stopped use after such a short time which they at least state in their review. It appears that after longer daily use, they would have seen results. So many rating a 5 and citing long term happy use, I cannot imagine why it would be so Good or Bad and no in between. One or two people seemed unhappy with other aspects of the product, bleached towels or skin issues but overall not many.
The overall rating of 3.7 out of 5 seems very skewed also due to the many low ratings of 1. Only a few of the comments actually deal with the claims of the product, mostly with the customers opinion of how well the product worked within a short period of time.
